When I go to Security Center it shows the Firewall is turned on. How do I
turn it off?
There does not appear to be any place to turn it off or on.

1. Do you use a third-party firewall?
2. Is your system on a network, protected centrally?
3. Are you disabling the firewall for troubleshooting purposes?
