Security Center

I do not show the Security Center Icon in the Control Panel.
I can go to the Security Center by going to All Programs, Accessories,
System Tool, route.
How can I add Security Center to Control Panel?

Note that the Security Center works as it should and the System General tab
shows I have SP2 installed.

Download TweakUI from here:
http://download.microsoft.com/downl...a6-b352-839afb2a2679/TweakUiPowertoySetup.exe

Install and run TweakUI.
Select the "Control Panel" section.
In the right-side, enable the following entry:

wscui.cpl - Security Center
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Click Apply, OK.
