Secure Printing to Shared Printer

Andrew

Rather than buying another printer for the company, we would like a
solution that allows confidential documents to be printed to a shared
printer. The owner of the documnets sends the print, walks to the
printer and puts in a pin number. Maybe by having another queue setup
that points to the same Printing Device?
Im sure I have seen this (or dreamt it) in the past but cannott
remember where I saw it,
TIA,
Andrew

If the documents are just company confidential, that's one thing. If they
are truly "Confidential" under the security acts, a lot of additional hassle
is involved.
