Section Breaks Types

Hi, I've tried to insert a "Next Page" section break so that the following
page can be landscape. For some reason word insists on the section break
being a "Even Page" break...leaving a blank page that can only be seen during
print preview. I cannot for the life of me delete the even page and insert a
next page section page; it keeps reverting back to an even page. Please help!

Try changing the section start type on the Layout tab of Page Setup. But
note that if your next page has an odd page number, Word will insist on
inserting the blank even page.
