Searching

I visited a site which launched a pop-up for "Search 88".
I closed the window (after much trouble), but not until
after it loaded and installed itself as the screen that
comes up if I press the "Search" button on my tool bar.
It also launches it's mainscreen (the original pop-up)
when I launch IE. How can I get rid of this and get back
to the msn search engine?

IE 6.

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
these tools.
