Searching for WordPerfect files

When I try to search for certain files, the search function will not work for
WordPerfect 10. For example, I need all the cases by Judge Latimore. When I
go to Search, type Latimore in "Word or phrase in file", nothing comes up. I
know I have almost 100 files on her. Yet it will find those from WP5.1.

The "Search for text/phrase" is powered by a iFilter plugin, that the
software vendor needs to supply. Windows XP includes default filters for the
file types (.txt, .htm) by default, but not for third-party file types (like
..pdf, wordperfect files). Looks like the iFilter plugin for WordPerfect is
available in the following link. You can give that a try.

Document Management iFilters:

Or from Corel's site: ftp://ftp.corel.com/pub/WordPerfect/wpwin/8/

FYI, this functionality is automatically available when you install
WordPerfect Office 12 with Service Pack 2. Corel supplies the iFilter plugin
along with the WordPerfect package.

I should have added a note that the iFilter plugin was originally created
for WP 8.0, but *may* work for v10.0. I don't use WP, so I'm unable to test
it for you. Now that you have the iFilter download links (Corel FTP site),
see if contacting them with the available info helps.
