The Active Directory folder does not appear in My Network Places (XP client
or W2003 client).
So, unable to browse AD resources.

I tried to disable the " HideDirectoryFolder" policy but no Active Directory
folder in My Network Places.

Antoine,

The browsing of the directory as a function of an icon in My Network Places
has been removed from Windows XP.
You should not encourage your users to browse for resources.
As your own subject line stated - If they require something they should use
the Search function to locate
resources of interest to them in the directory.
You should correctly tag with useful information any object you publish in
the directory so that users can search for them using meaningful criteria.
