Search Save

After doing an interactive Advanced Search on a contacts folder I am able to
save the results (virtual data) to an .OSS (Office Search) file.

I want to do the same thing programmatically but the Search.Save method
fails. Moreover, the docuementation says the one required parameter should
be a string, the name of a search results folder to be created, whereas
intereactively it is really a SaveAs operation, with the parameter being the
full pathspec for a file system file, not a folder.

Does anyone know how to programmatically save a search result on contact
items?
