search results not finding product numbers

I have a FP site up at www.somersetcapitalaz.com. I want to be able to search for product numbers on my site, but it always displays 'no results'. I can find other words, other non-word strings, but when I search for a product number, like X7001A it doesn't find it. If I search for another word, 32 MB in the same box on the same page in the same table it finds it. It won't find the X7001A though.

There really isn't anything you can do about this problem, as it is a limitation of the WAIS search
engine. You could however try changing your product number to one of the following formats which
should work and not really cause any problems:

X7001A
to
X-7001-A
or
X 7001 A
