How do I clear results in Vista search when the result is showing a deleted
file?

Clear out your temporary cache and do a disk clean up.

Hi Vav,

This is due to the Search Index not being fininshed with updating
itself yet. It runs (updates) in the background when the computer is
idle or not being used much. You can Rebuild the Index to force it to
update now. This tutorial will show you how. Just scroll down to the
section.
