Search multiple document and get list of results

Hi,

I have 500+ reports in which I know some information with keywords is present.

I want to make a list of those keyword AND the text of the complete
line/paragraph in which it is mentioned.

Is there a possibility to search / create this in Word?
Or in an other program?

If it was just for my own use, I'd create PDFs of all the docs (in batches)
and use Acrobat to do a find in the folder holding the PDFs.

I don't know of any simple way to create a document that shows the keywords
in their context. I suspect you might research creating an overall index
using RD fileds (to avoid having to combine the documents) and a concordance
document (to avoid having to insert index entries manually in all the
documents).
