Search folder for "to" and "from" someone, which includes "cc"

I would like to create a search folder which includes e-mails sent to or
from a specific external user. Included in that, I would like any e-mails
that were sent to them by someone else, where I was cc'd.
If I use the "Mail to and from" template in the search folders, I only see
things that are directly to or directly from that person and myself.
If I use the "Customer Search Folder" option, and put the persons address
from my contact list into the "to" field, I do see anything sent to me and
cc'd to them, but I can't add to that including things I have sent to them
(or sent to someone else cc'ing them)

Try TOOLS - RULES and ALERTS to set up a rule to move the items into a
specific folder.
