search engine question

Does anyone know how to clear or eliminate the drop down
box that appears when I am in a search engine and begin
typing my topic for which to search and all the
previously searched topics that I have ever searched for
in that search engine appears?

In IE go to Tools...Internet Options...Content tab....Autocomplete, then click Clear Forms. This will remove all such entries in all boxes. If you want to clear an entry individually, click on it to highlight it then press the Delete key.
