Search Bar

Hello,
I am new to Access. I have completed my database in the excel format and I
imported to Access. I have also designed a form. However, I have no idea how
to create a search bar.
For example, when I enter the ID number in the form, I would like Access to
go to the cooresponding form.
Thanks for your help in advance!

There is a combobox wizard that should be able to do exactly as you wish.
Make sure that the wand icon is selected in the form's toolbox in design
view, before selecting the combobox tool.

Thanks, Arvin.
However, when I did that, all the forms when to the selected value in the
combobox.
How do I make the program go to the corresponding form instead of replacing
all the forms with that value?
Thanks!

The form must be open in Design View, and have the focus. If you are using
an unbound combo in a subform, your code will act upon every record. A
subform is not really a form until it gets focus.
