Scrolling Message Screen doesn't stop for reading

If the Taskbar is on the side of the screen (not on the
bottom or top) the 'Microsoft AntiSpyware Alert' message
scrolls from bottom to top of the screen and disappears.
It never stops!

Danny, just try answering the question properly and end the sarcasm. Larry,
this is a known issue that will be fixed by beta 2, in mean time, if you
want to see and accept the notifications, just have to place tha taskbar
back at the bottom. If you hover the mouse pointer over the notification it
will not disappear.
