Scroll to right vs left

When I open up a specific file folder with lots of documents inside, the
bottom scroll bar button is to the far right. I would like for that folder
to open with the scroll bar to the far left when it opens. Is there a way to
make this happen?

You should be able to right-click any whitespace in that folder, and re-sort
your files. This should allow it to open up to the folder all the way to the
left again.

Nope. After scrolling the button to the fsar left, I resorted the files.
Then closed the window. When I re-opened the window, the button was again at
the far right.

When in a folder, try clicking Tools, Folder Options, Restore Defaults. This
should restore your windows folder setting like they were when you installed
the system.

If that doesnt' work, after you have the folder looking like you want, click
on the View tab and click Apply to All Folders.
