Scripting the import of a PST file

We're converting 400 users from :

A. Company A to Company B
B. Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007
C. Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007

We'll be exporting their old Inbox into a PST. Is there a way to
script the import of their PST from the old 2003 Outlook Inbox to the
new Outlook 2007 Inbox? Or are we just looking a manual conversion?

You may actually want to ask over in the Exchange newsgroups (since I'm
assuming that the data isn't currently in PST files, but is in the Exchange
data stores) because I can't imagine there isn't already a guide/white paper
discussing 'What to do when you acquire a company running an older version
of Exchange'.. http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2006/11/02/430289.aspx,
for instance, mentions a scenario for the Cross Org Mailbox Migration
"Company Merger/Acquisition (Cross Forest to Single Forest)".
