Script to toggle connections options

When connecting to a wireless network, the connection dialog comes up
every now and then and stops the wireless connection until you close it.

In the Internet Options > Connections tab, if it were easy to select

() Never dialup a connection,

and then revert to

() Deal whenever a network connection is not present

I would be doing that quite often...

I wonder whether I could find some kind of (VB) script that put it in a
file, and have a shortcut of that file in the Quick Launch area and by
clicking on that shortcut I would toggle between the 2 options...

(Second best option would be to have a desktop shortcut that would open
directly to the Internet Options Connections tab.)

Thanks,

Eustace
