Script to "Net Use", enable "Offline", install "twcli32.msi" autom

My users are computer novice, they neither know how to "net use", enable
"Offline" of XP, nor install "twcli32.msi".

Is there a way for me to develop a program (script) for them so that they
can install this progrma/script on their XP notebook? As a result, the
program(script) can enable "Offline" of their XP notebook, install
twcli32.msi for them, and NET USE J: \\a_win2003server\share_foder and
prompts user to enter his/her login id and password of a_win2003server.

Any ideas?
