Script Error when viewing Today screen in Outlook 2003

When I view Today screen on Outlook 2003 I get the
following IE Script Error

An Error has occurred in the script on this page
Line: 298
Char: 1
Error: Class not registered
Code: 0
URL: outlook:today

I have .NET 1.1 and Visual Studio's also install on this
machine. Does anyone have a solution.

I ran the repair option in Office, as it appeared OUTLOOK
had become "un-installed" but was still running mostly.
Now it's no longer displaying the message.
