script error when printing

I am having a problem with printing articles from either
internet explorer or microsoft encarta. the script error
is as follows: Line: 228
Char: 1
Error: Class doesn't support automation
Code: 0
Url:
res://C:\WINDOWS\System\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg

Any help regarding this would be appreciated.
