Script error in IE after updating XP

System : Home edition XP v2002 SP1
When I update XP (whatever is the choosen upgrade program), I get a script
error message in the Preview Print page menu or every time I try to print
from a web-page, or even e-mail.
I get an error message as follows: Internet Explorer
Error. An error has occurred in the script on this page.
Line: 246,
Char:1
Error:Library not registered,
Code:0
URL: res://F\WINDOSW\System32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg

Any solution ?
