Screensaver no longer works

BlankMy screensaver no longer works.

I used Desktop | Properties | Screensaver and the default, which is a special screensaver downloaded from the net, does not work when preview is pressed.

I changed to a standard screensaver (My Pictures), but how do I delete the entry ?
I will reinstall it later (when I find where I downloaded it from)

BlankTrevor,

The most likely place would be to look under control panel > add/remove programs. If you are still unable to uninstall the screensaver, you might want to contact the author of the screensaver.

Thanks,

After a lot of trial and error, that is what I eventually did.

Athough I still had to delete some folders from C:\Program Files that Add/Remove did *not* remove

If you are an americanophile, yes it would end in .com/ or .com/name.html or
..com/name.htm (or some others e.g .com/name.asp)

Sorry, I don't mean to be offensive by writing americanophile (lover of
America). Just my attempt at levity !

All United States sites end on these, but for other countries in the world
have a country suffix.

So mine, being in Australia ends in .com.au.

Simple explanation, eh :))
