Screen

A book was placed on the keyboard - resulting in the whole
screen flipping 90 degrees from a landscape view to a
portrait view. The only way to operate the screen is to
put the monitor on its side. How do I correct it?

You need to tell us what brand of video card or adapter you have.
If you happen to have a NVIDIA card or adapter, right-click on
your desktop and select:

Properties > Settings > Advanced > GeForce (tab) > NVRotate
and change the setting to "Landscape (0 degree rotation)".
