Screen view only in Remote Assistance

When I connect to a computer using Remote Assistance, I only get the screen
view only. I have went into the Offer Remote Assistance group policy and
added the following into from
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=301527
but its still not giving me full access. What else can I do?

Remote Assistance is an interactive mechanism--even if you are in a Domain,
and have properly implemented 301527 and are a Domain Administrator, you
still need an interactive user at the remote end to assent to taking
control.

If you want direct control, use Remote Desktop.
