Screen Saver option disapeared in display options

Machine is running xp pro sp1. When I go to the display properties, the
screen saver option tab is not there. Cannot change the screen saver options.
Have not seen this happen before. Doesn't look like a removable feature of
Windows. Any thoughs or suggestions are greatly appriciated.

There is a registry edit that I know of that will hide the Screen Saver Tab.

Start > Run > Regedit

Navigate to

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System

If there is a DWoRD Value called "NoDispScrSavPage" with a data value of 1
this will disable the screen saver tab. Change the value to 0 or delete it to
see the tab again.

The above can also be changed via group policy.

I have the same problem. I had a "screen saver" tab at one time but after
some changer were made to my laptop, the tab disappeared.
Where do I find the DWoRD value called "NoDispScrSavPage"?
Changing the other settings do not make the "Screen Saver" tab "reappear"
for me.
