Screen saver on log-on screen before user login

Hello to all...
I want to have my screen saver active on the logon screen
before I have my users log-on. Meaning that I would like
the screen saver going and active; when the user moves the
mouse the screen saver goes and the log-on screen comes up.
I know how easy it is to set up a screen saver but how do
I make it active when the log-on screen is up??? Please
help.

You can run regedit.exe and check the following Reg_Sz string values;

"ScreenSaveActive"="1"
(activate screen saver)

"ScreenSaveTimeOut"="900"
(time in seconds before activation)

"SCRNSAVE.EXE"="logon.scr"
(path to screen saver)

found at
HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop
