Screen Refresh Problem in 64-bit

I have computers running the 32 and 64-bit versions of vista.

On the 64-bit machine I have problems with incomplete screen
refreshes. Applications scroll and do not update or come to the top
and do not update completely -- showing part of the application below.

Any idea how to fix?

Those symptoms usually mean you don't have good drivers installed for your
video card. Look on the card mftr.'s website for 64-bit drivers. Normally
this would be either ATI or Nvidia but if you have onboard video or an OEM
machine (HP, Dell, etc.) you would look on either the motherboard mftr.'s
website or on the OEM's website to get the drivers.
