Scratched screen - boo hoo!

Last week my computer speaker fell off the shelf, right on to my nice
new ViewSonic VG700 flat panel monitor. Does anyone have any ideas
how to repair (or at least minimize) the 1-inch scratch on my screen?
Or am I SOL?

You could always resort to lieing and say you recieved it in that
condition and ask for a replacement. Not that I would lie myself. ;-)
