Scheduling is a bit buggy

Bug Report:

If I initially attempt to schedule a scan for 12:30 PM
each weekday, the program saves my settings and
immediately resets the time to 12:30 AM. This is the case
for anything scheduled during the 12:00 hour. If I first
schedule for 1:00 PM, save, and then reset to 12:30 PM,
it saves and works correctly. I have tested this same
behavior on five different PCs.

I also noticed that the scheduler is buggy/a pain. I had
to play around with it two ro three times to Disable
Scheduler.

This is known issue, you just have schedule after that time period.
