Scheduler 0x8009000f Error

Hello
I've a computer with this error on scheduler tasks, I deleted the folder
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application
Data\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\S-1-5-18 and rebooted the computer, then I saw the
the scheduler tasks and they were ok but 3 or 4 hours later (with the
computer without do anynithing) the error in the tasks appears again.

Can anyone help me?
