Scheduled tasks - where?

I am trying to recover the scheduled tasks that were on a now-dead PC
- I have the HDD up and running via a USB interface on a replacement
PC, so I can explore the contents... but where (if anywhere) did the
old WinXP Pro "hold" details of the Scheduled Tasks that were running
on it?

Unfortunately, searching the web throws up all sorts - I can't find
the right search terms to focus on my problem.

As ever, any help gratefully received...

You should find the *.job files in \windows\tasks on the HDD from the dead
machine.

Hmm... thanks for that, but all that folder seems to contain is the
"Create Scheduled Task" wizaard... I'll keep looking...
