Same here!!!
Downloaded the newest version of MSAS with expire-date
31st December 2005 from the windows update site.
Installer noticed previous version, so it UPGRADED! Nice!
However, minor bug! All of the settings were intact but
the scheduled scan at PM times does not work anymore!
When I schedule a PM time(24 hour clock) MSAS changes it
in a AM time! NO PM times are available for scheduling,
however, the scheduled time for UPDATES still has PM
times, I do not know if these update-scans still work,
I'll have to see it first. The bug of the "112" hours,
when scheduling around 12.00 midday is still present!
GOOD NEWS is that the scheduled scan run on the SCHEDULED
DAY, and NOT 2 days early ! Yippie! I've changed my
weekly scan at friday 20.00 hours(although I had to
schedule it at SUNDAYS) into weekly at Saterday and
Sunday at 08.00 hours(8 AM in the MSAS)The Saturday
scheduled scan HAS INDEED run at 08.00 hours, good!
Also, new links have been added in the main screen of
MSAS in the Help section, nice work! Anyone else having
problems with the scheduled times?? Jan vdn Eeden - the

I quote myself:

I am Dutch, the first beta i could change my scan schedule to 21.00 hour
but now i must change the Langue to US english, than change to 21.00
hour and go back to Dutch than the scan time stay's that way.
Else the 21.00 hour go's back to 9.00 AM.

I don't think Scheduled scans was confirmed to be fixed, here is the list:
If its not in the list below, its not supported yet, should be in beta 2.
1) Software expiration will be extended to December 31, 2005.
2) Alerts Moving Quickly Across the Screen : Messages which move quickly
off the screen when the start bar is not docked horizontally are also fixed.
Users who dock their start bar on the sides of their screen will now be able
to read messages generated from Microsoft Windows AntiSpyware (beta). This
issue is what we dubbed the "Flying Toast Issue" and one which I was
passionate about getting fixed in this refresh build.
3) Support for Long Descriptions: Users of older builds only have access to
the short descriptions which ship as part of the signatures. These short
descriptions only provide limited information about potentially unwanted
software. Long descriptions in build 613 will help users by giving them more
information about the potentially unwanted software detected on their PCs.
4) Improved Winsock LSP removal mechanism: In some cases, removing spyware
LSPs, or can disrupt network functionality. Through enhancements made in
this beta refresh, we've lessened the chance that this problem will occur.
This is a very exciting release, and one which will greatly improve the user
experience on this excellent product.
