scheduled backups on vista

I am running vista ultimate, and have scheduled backups that do not run if
user is logged off. The backups are sent to network drive specified with UNC.
Is there any way to have scheduled backups run if user is not logged in? By
the way we are running in a domain setup.

I like Vista but I have learned that it is not 100% reliable , than this and
than that goes wrong

So I would never us Vista backup as it may feel one day

I use Acronis , easy and pleasant to use
