schedule task not deleted in windows 2003

HI There,

i am facing a peculiar problem ,where i could delete the schedule task
through command line but using the same command in my C#
program ,schedule tasks are not getting deleted. this works fine with
XP. any help on this will be appricated.

Please your C# code so someone can help. There could be many things that
cause this.
