Schedule Recurring Appointments

Is there a way to schedule an appointment two days before the 3rd Wednesday
of each month.

I have to prepare and email reports on the Monday before a Wednesday
meeting. But sometimes throughout the year the 3rd Monday of each month
results in the 4th Wednesday of the same month. (like in June 2004)

Any solutions?

You might want to look at a 3rd party add-in called WS:Repeat Appointment
that allows you to choose a more customized pattern for recurring
appointments. Details here:
