schedule making time plan

I have made a schedule in a graph form. Each colum on the worksheet is
15 min. I fill in each square for the deration of there shift. At the
end I have a graph drawn a worksheet that I can see everyones starting
times and ending times with a lunch. I then know how many peaple I
have every 15 min. There is about 50 people a day on this schedual.
I then want excel to put that schedule on anouther worksheet. I just
don't know how to get it to recignize the timeline.

Excel cannot recognize a drawing as a period of time. There are other
remedies, such as simply using the calculating properties/abilities native
to XL coupled with a standard XL chart.

Your going to pay someone to enter pluses and minuses for 50 people every 15
minutes?

That should be a high turnover job.

No offense, but this sounds like a bad idea. You could enter start and end
times and have formulas build your table.
