scanning problem

Since I upgraded to Windows 2000, I have not been able to
scan on my HP Officejet Pro 1175C. It tells me that it is
not connected properly, which I know it is. I have
unplugged and replugged it two or three times. Can
someone tell me what is wrong?

Check Event Viewer and Device Manager for errors and or non-starting
devices. Check the hardware manufacturer's web site for the latest Windows
2000 driver for your device.
