scan not picking up a specific spyware

HELP!!! I have been haaving MONTHS og probs with this 1
certain spyware that I can't seem to get rid of on my
computer~ My Microsoft Antispyware was picking it until
I recently did an update. I keep doin a browser restore
and within seconds it switches ALL my URL's. The website
it switches to is www.mypoiskovik.com or
http//mypoiskovik.com Can anyone help me???? This also
throws stuff into my "Favorites" folder (ie: Free Web
Cam, Free 4 You, etc) which I delete out and it pops
right back in later- if you click on these (which my sis
inadvertantly did- they're porn sites! Again.... please
help or give me suggestions.

That's a virus you have there, not spyware.
