Dear experts,

I have a server running Small business server 2000. Now I am going to
install a new PC with Windows Server 2003 to upgrade but result failed. So I
decided to follow the ...

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;555073 ->
"2. Upgrade Small Business Server 2000 in place."
But "f. Move GC+ FSMO functions from the original domain controller to the
new domain controller ." I don't know what is "GC+ FSMO" Does anyone know
that how I transfer "GC+ FSMO" to my new Windows 2000 Server?
I had installed Windows 2000 Server SP4 and Exchange 2000 SP3

Thanks with regard, David
