SBC Global email sub-account

I have SBC Global DSL and am having a problem getting
email from a sub account/ SBC allows you to have a main
account and then 10 sub accounts that are attached to the
main account. I get the email if I log on to the SBC
website, but I can't get it using Outlook. It was coming
through Outlook until about 2 weeks ago, but now the only
email I am getting is from the main account. All of the
sub account emails are staying on the website. SBC says
that because I am getting it on the web-site it must be an
Outlook problem. HELP!!! please :)

What happens when you add one of the sub accounts to Outlook as an email
account?

What utter crap. Obviously the SBC people are, to coin a phrase, all
Yahoo!s If those accounts were working and you changed nothing, then
obviously the problem is on their side.

I have exactly the same setup as do you, with subaccounts for each of the
members of my family. The subaccounts work exactly like the main account.
I specify exactly the same server information, but use the subaccount name
and password instead of the main name and password. It works.

Try setting it up with Outlook Express just to check. If that works, then
I'd recommend a new Outlook mail profile.

Ok, Brian I will give it a try and see if it comes through
that way. I had such a hard time understanding this woman
who was helping me. Her accent was so thick that I had to
keep asking her what she said and it was getting very
frustrating. I'll get back to you on if this works or not.
Thanks!

I'll keep watch. Post either way.
