Saving to DVD?

Does anyone know of a quick and easy way to burn Windows Movie Maker projects
to DVD? If so, what program(s)? Are they any peculiarities or tips that one
should know about? I have Roxio DVD Builder and a couple of other DVD
burning programs but none recognize the WMM file format. Any advise and
direction is very much appreciated.

What Papajohn said...except that Roxio does accept WMV files.
It sounds to me like you are saving the project and trying to import that
which won't work.
You need to save your movie using that option from the tasklist on the left
side of the program screen.
Saving the project by clicking File -> Save or the "Save" icon only saves
the project settings information etc... it does not create a movie file.
