Saving to a DV Camcorder

I tried saving my movie that I created in Windows Movie Maker back to my tape
on my DV Camcorder, and during the saving and viewing of the movie I noticed
that there were a lot of glitches/ pauses in my tape. How can I prevent this
from happening when saving to a DV Camcorder?
