Saving sent messages

When I save a sent message to a different folder besides the standard outlook
Sent box, it no longer shows the name of the person I sent the message to, it
shows my name and I have to actually click on the message to find out to whom
it was sent. Is there a way to change this?

Customize your view of the folder to show who you sent the item to instead of
who it's from.

View > Current View > Customize Current View and click on the Fields button.
Remove From and add To.

These instructions are approximate since I don't know what version of
Outlook you're using.
