saving jpg files...

when u get a picture u want to save on ur pc - and u click save picture
as...

i used to get several option inc .jpg and .bmp

so i cud chose which format i wanted to save the pic in but now for seom
reason i cant

it only gives me the .bmp option

how can i have .jpg back on there???
