Saving JPG as JPE

Hi I was wondering if somone can help me. When I try to right click save as
JPEG it has the extension of jpe instead of jpg. jpg is what I want

Please Help

Thanks but what I'm really looking for is how to set the default so it shows
as a jpg and not a jpe when right clicking and save as.
