Saving Emails

My client would like to take a whole subfolder of emails and save them to his
server, without having to create the new folders. He would like to be able
to just drop and drag the email folder on his company's server. When he
drags the folder, instead of making a new folder, it is creating a shortcut
to the folder in Outlook. Is there a way to automate this procedure.

Is this a file server or a mail server? If the former, you can't drag the
folder itself. Open the folder and select all the items, then drag the
selection to the network share.

There may be a way to automate it, but I don't know it.
