Saving Email Messages and Attachments Without Opening

I would like to save e-mail messages and attachments directly to specific
files on my c drive documents without opening them. When I right click on an
e-mail with attachments, outlook suggests that I send it to a personal file
on the c drive which I have not been able to locate?

A simple pathway, if available, would be appreciated.
 
Thanks for responding. Where do I execute the drag & drop? I tried in
accessories>windows explorer but I could not make it work.

To whatever folder you want to store the message in. Open that folder first.
