Saving E-Mails with attachments

I've just upgraded from Outlook Express to Microsoft
Outlook 2002, and cannot save e-Mails with attachments to
a My Documents Folder. Either the photo attachment is
not attached, or the language is jibberish, i.e.
unbeknownst to me. With Outlook express I could save
these with .jpg extensions, but Outlook only offers html
or rich text extensions. I've accessed the help menu,
and I follow the instructions, but still no help. Is
this an easy problem, or do I need to try to call
Microsoft tech support. Thanks.

( I am not sure if this can work for you, but just in case....)
When you attach files , what option have you applied?

There are three options when you insert file. :
How about using/selecting "Arrow Button "left of "Insert Button" ,
and from the dropdown list "Insert as Attachment" instead of Default or
"Insert"?
