Saving documents in Word 2.x format warning

We have an old app that requires the documents be saved as Word 2.x format. When Word 2002/2003 begins the save, we get a warning message "This file needs to be saved using the Word 2.x for Windows text converter. If you are not the author of this file or if the file is not from a trusted source, using this converter may pose a security risk

How can we prevent or suppress this warning message?

I don't believe you can...
